Eidos Partners announces the IPO of Servizi Italia SpA, a company owned by Coopservice, a leading Italian co-operative, on the Expandi Market of the Italian Stock Exchange.

The offering, priced at Euro 8.5 per share, valued the company at Euro 138m and involved a placing of Euro 62m. Structured as a placement exclusively to institutional investors, the offering is the third largest to have been done on Italy’s Expandi Market.
